Ayşe Dönmez

Ayşe Dönmez was born in 1981 in Istanbul. She completed her high school education in the Science-Mathematics program at Kabataş High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Marmara University. Between 2004 and 2007, she worked as an Internal Auditor at M.H. Alshaya Co. W.L.L, a leading retail company operating thousands of stores across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and Europe, headquartered in Kuwait. In 2007, she returned to Turkey and joined İçtaş Energy as Compliance and Internal Audit Manager. She earned her MBA in Business Administration from Bilkent University in 2011 with honors. Between 2010 and 2022, she served as the Director of Project Finance at IC Holding, which operates in the construction, infrastructure, energy, and tourism sectors. Since 2022, she has been serving as Deputy General Manager at ICA İçtaş Infrastructure YSS Bridge and Northern Marmara Motorway Investment and Operation Inc. She is fluent in English.
